SUMMARY:2026 June Adventure Day Campout
DESCRIPTION:Calling all Troop and Crew 5! \nCome join us for our last campout of the season at Camp Crown! \nThanks to our fundraising efforts\, Troop 5 has earned an Adventure Day at Camp Crown featuring special outdoor activities like archery\, shooting sports\, etc! \nPatrol leaders – Coordinate with your patrol to get them to sign up and select a grubmaster.  We need accurate counts to plan properly for the campouts!  The signup will be open until Sunday\, May 31. \nDrivers always needed!  If you will drive\, please select “Adult Camper – RSVP” and you can provide information about how may people you can transport.  Adults and youth must have up-to-date health forms part A and B for this campout.  In addition\, all adults wishing to camp must have completed a current Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT).  This can take up to a week to complete so please start ASAP if you are not up-to-date.  If you are interested in being the Lead Assistant Scout Master (ASM) or the Committee Grubmaster for this campout\, please make a note in the memo field. \nGear Pull: Wednesday\, June 3 at 7:00 pm – First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette (FPCW)  \nDeparture: Saturday\, June 6 at 7:30 am from FPCW \nReturn: Sunday\, June 7 around mid-morning. If you or your child are attending the September Canoe Campout and have not passed a swimming test in the last year\, please join us at the upcoming swim test on August 27 at 7 pm.
