2026 Devil’s Lake Campout

Calling all Troop 5 and Crew 5 Scouts, Parents and Leaders!

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend in the great outdoors at Devil’s Lake State Park, Wisconsin — home to some of the best rock climbing in the Midwest and scenic hiking trails that are perfect for fall. Signups close October 11.

Drivers always needed!  If you will drive, please select “Adult Camper” and you can provide information about how many people you can transport.

Meet: Friday, October 16 at 4:30 pm – at First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette (FPCW).

Return: Sunday, October 18 at 1-2PM – at First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette (FPCW).

Bring appropriate gear: Check out the troop’s Cold Weather Campout Packing List. Not all equipment listed is necessary; check the weather.  Speak with your patrol leader at the Monday night Troop meeting if you have questions.

NOTE: Bring $10-$15 for Culver’s for the ride home Sunday!
