2024 Advancement Campout

Come join us for the Advancement Camp Out! A Troop/Crew 5 favorite where Scouts learn new skills like axe safety and knots, hike through starved rock, and generally have a great time. Always a fun camp out!
Patrol leaders – Coordinate with your patrol to get them to sign up and select a grub master. We need accurate counts to plan properly for the campouts! The signup will be open until Sunday, April 7th.
Drivers always needed! If you will drive, please select “Adult Camping – RSVP” and you can provide information about how may people you can transport. Adults and youth must have up to date health forms part A and B for this campout. In addition all adults wishing to camp must have completed a current YPT training in scout book. This can take up to a week to complete so please start ASAP if you are not up to date. If you are interested in being a lead Assistant Scout Master or the committee grubmaster for this campout please contact the camping committee.
Gear Pull: Wednesday, April 10th at 7:00 pm – First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette (FPCW).
Leave: Friday, April 12th at 5.00 pm – FPCW.
Return: Sunday, April 14 around Noon – FPCW.
